id really like to point out that unlike most other things that people refer to as "duets", this one feels much more like one than normal. since it feels like they trade off and sing to/with each other a lot more frequently.
as with a lot of slower songs, sometimes they take a little bit of time to grow on you, and also depend on your mood. the things i like most about this track are the lyrical arrangement and rhymes, and their voices. the pair sound pleasantly passionate when theyre reinforcing each others verses, which really does a lot for the feel of a duet.
genie has a super super cute voice, especially the way she sings zhu ying tai during the chorus, but the most amazing part would be gary. not only does he deliver well, hes also basically singing to match her range for the sake of the song. that takes some skill. overall i think that they were a good match, and their little add-ins during each others part were nice.
